Enrolling in one of the Texas Tech mutual fund programs is easily accomplished. There are two plans available:

Meet with your local representative. You can choose to meet individually with a Voya local representative to review your personal situation. Our local representatives are on campus throughout Texas. To make an appointment to enroll, please contact a local representative listed for your school.

Online Enrollment. You can complete the enrollment process online, including selecting your investment choices by selecting the “Enroll Now” link on this page. Before enrolling in the plan, review the Plan Information and Investment sections of this website to understand the plan features, the investment options offered, and the performance of the investment options.
